Kathmandu, Dec 11: Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has proposed a 10% cash dividend worth Rs. 6.19 crores for the fiscal year 2079/80 BS.
The board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 24 decided to distribute the 10% cash dividend (including tax) on the paid-up capital of Rs. 618,900,045.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank, and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
