Four held with leaked Grade-12 question papers

Kathmandu, May 9: The District Police Range, Kathmandu has arrested and made public four persons along with the Grade-12 answer sheets of the National Examination Board.

Those arrested are Madhav Tripathi, 38, staying at Kapan, Kathmandu Metropolis-6; Sabin Paudel, 19, at Dakshinkali municipality-8; Sitesh Kumar Yadav, 20, at Kagehshwori Manahara and Roshan Ranabhat, 23, at Thali, Kathmandu, according to Nabaraj Adhikari, Superintendent of Police.

They were arrested while writing in the answer sheets for the Grade 12 exam of computer science to which the question papers were leaked before the scheduled exam of 8:00am to 10:00am Wednesday.

They were held from a hall of Welcome Party Palace located at Kathmandu Metropolis-6.

SP Adhikari informed that investigation into the incident was underway as per Education Act, 2028.
