
Palpa, March 14: Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh has said the Ministry was forwarding projects for new cities. The most impactful cities would be identified and made further systematic, he added.
DPM Singh, who is also the Minister for Urban Planning, said government was working actively to complete the urban planning schemes initiated by the previous governments. He said it during a programme the Nepali Congress organized in the district on Friday.
The government is working actively for the national economy, he said, adding that the present government’s works were in favour of citizen and creating hope among them. The plans are afoot for reform on education, health, employment and commercial sectors, according to him.
There is no reason to panic arguing the country is not progressing, DPM Singh reminded. However, he admitted that the youth were despair because the country lacked stable government for long.
DPM Singh claimed, “We have unlimited demands, so government is gradually addressing these. With the formation of this government, people’s problems are being addressed.”
On the occasion, NC central member Nain Singh Mahar said the leaders need to correct their behaviour to ensure effective delivery to the citizens. According to him, whether NC’s general convention will be held depends on lower level of the organization.#nepal #political #rss
