Kathmandu, Nov 4: The Meteorological Forecasting Division has reported that the westerly wind is currently having a partial influence over Nepal.
According to the Division, the weather this afternoon will remain generally cloudy in the hilly regions of Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, while partly cloudy conditions are expected in the rest of the country.
There are chances of light to moderate rainfall and snowfall at a few places in the hilly regions of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, and at one or two places in the hilly areas of the remaining provinces. Likewise, light rainfall is possible at one or two locations in the Tarai region of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces.
In its latest bulletin, the Division mentioned that the weather will remain generally cloudy in the hilly regions of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces tonight, while it will be partly cloudy in other areas.
The Division has also forecast moderate rainfall and snowfall in some hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, with isolated rainfall in a few other hilly regions. #nepal #weather
