Hetauda, Dec 6: The demolition of physical structures located within the designated road boundary has commenced as part of the main road expansion project in Hetauda.
The Road Division Office, Hetauda, began dismantling structures early this morning using JCB equipment to widen the main bazaar section of the city.
According to Guru Prasad Adhikari of the Road Division Office, the removal of structures has started along Rapti Road in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City–10.
Earlier, on November 21, the Road Division Office had issued a public notice directing the removal of both permanent and temporary structures built within 22.86 meters (25 hat) on each side from the midpoint of the road—extending from Raatamate to Buddhachowk along the East-West Highway, and from Buddhachowk to Samari Bridge along the Tribhuvan Highway—within 15 days. #nepal #hetauda
