Kathmandu, Jan 11: Fog and mist are expected to persist until midday at several places in the terai region today.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi Province will experience partly cloudy conditions, while the weather across the rest of the country will remain mainly fair.
Tonight, mist is likely to continue at a few locations in the terai region. Weather conditions in the hilly and mountainous regions are expected to remain generally fair.
Meanwhile, the Division’s meteorological analysis indicates that Nepal is currently under the influence of a low-pressure system in the upper atmosphere. #weather
