Kathmandu, Jan 14: Prices of gold and silver have risen significantly in the domestic market in recent days.
On Tuesday, gold was priced at Rs 278,000 per tola (11.66 grammes), while silver was being traded at Rs 5,655 per tola.
On Monday, gold was traded at Rs 276,500 per tola, while silver stood at Rs 5,340 per tola.
Earlier, on Sunday, the first day of the week, gold was priced at Rs 270,600 per tola, marking an increase of Rs 4,100 per tola by Tuesday.
Similarly, the price of silver rose from Rs 4,990 per tola on Sunday to Rs 5,195 per tola on Monday.
