Surkhet, Feb 20: Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has asserted that party's general convention should be held before the next general elections. At a programme organized by NC in Surkhet on Wednesday, leader Koirala said there is no groupism in the party and now we all are establishment side.
