Kathmandu, Aug 27: Ishwori Devi Neupane has been elected unopposed as the President of the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee under the House of Representatives (HoR). Neupane, who represents the Nepali Congress (NC) in the lower house under the proportional representation system, was the sole candidate for the post.
