Kathmandu, June 22: Chief Whip of the CPN UML, Mahesh Bartaula, has said government was committed to the enforcement of two-point agreement signed between the ruling and opposition parties on visit visa scam. During the ongoing meeting of the House of Representatives which is deliberating on various ministries under the
