Registration of writ petition against NC President Deuba rejected

Kathmandu, Feb 1: The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the registration of a writ petition against Nepali Congress President as leader of the main opposition in the parliament. Registrar Narayan Panthi rejected the registration of writ petition, arguing that the issues of parliamentary jurisdiction could not be registered at the
NC recognized as main opposition party

The Federal Parliament Secretariat has recognized the Nepali Congress as the main opposition party.
