Kathmandu: Kathmandu Metropolitan City, which had been planning for public toilet, has just prepared design for it. The construction of public toilet will begin from the current fiscal year, it informed. Vice Chairman at urban planning commission in KMC, Saroj Basnet, said 20 designs were prepared for the public lavatory.
