Kathmandu, June 11: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) today witnessed concerns over government's authority for altering tax rates without parliamentary approval. Member of Parliament Nishcal Rai highlighted the need for legislative consent before any amendment to tax issues. The executive's unilateral actions are not permissible, he said
