Kathmandu, Feb 18: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) General Secretary Rishi Kattel has been arrested for his alleged involvement in anti-election activities. Rameshwar Karki, Superintendent of Police, also spokesperson of Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office informed that Kattel was arrested from Kirtipur today.
