KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress leader Sirjana Singh has registered her candidature for the post of Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City on behalf of the five party ruling coalition. She reached the office of the Chief Electoral Officer at the National City Hall today and registered his candidature for the post.
