SC summons Chief Secretary to discuss garbage management

Kathmandu, Feb 13: The Supreme Court has issued an order, summoning the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, for holding a discussion on waste management in the Kathmandu Valley. A division bench of Justices Dr Kumar Chundal and Mahesh Sharma Paudel ordered the high level government officials
