‘Aama’ coauthored by Manjul, Gautam and Shrestha launched



Kathmandu, Jan 3: An epic ‘Aama’ (Mother) coauthored by three noted poets—Manjul, Shiva Gautam and Tirtha Shrestha—has been released on Wednesday.

At a programme organised by central committee of Nepali Writers’ Association in the federal capital, former vice-chancellor of the Tribhuvan University, Kedar Bhakta Mathema, unveiled the epic.

On the occasion, he commented on the book, saying it is a worth reading text which contains natural imagery. It is necessary to impart knowledge on literature among students from school level, he underlined.

The ‘Aama’ is divided in three sections having 79-pages. The price of the book is Rs 250.

Similarly, one of the book writers and poet Tirtha Shrestha shared that he never felt tired to write on ‘Aama’, as it is the most spoken and valued word in the world.
