PALPA: Six persons died on the spot in a bus accident occurred at Laghuwa of Ribdikot Rural Municipality-2 in Palpa district on Sunday. Sixteen other sustained injury in the accident.
The District Police Office, Palpa, confirmed that the bus (Lu 1 Kha 5952) heading to Butwal from Gulmi district by carrying 22 passengers met with an accident after falling some 60 meters off the road. Identity of the deceased is not established yet.
Currently, the police persons are working for rescue.
