Kathmandu, Dec 10: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Saturday inquired about the health condition of Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha by reaching the Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre where the DPM is receiving treatment.
Bhandari took stock of health condition of the DPM visiting the DPM at the Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre at Bansbari in the Capital City, said DPM Shrestha’s personal secretary Suresh Kaji Shrestha.
Angioplasty surgery was performed on Minister Shrestha on December 5, he said.
According to Dr Chandra Mani Adhikari, the Executive Director of the Centre, the DPM’s health condition is improving and will be discharged soon.
