Bhatbhateni supermarket in Tandi of Chitwan soon



Kathmandu, Sept 12: Bhatbhateni Supermarket has begun constructing a supermarket building in Tandi, Chitwan at a cost of Rs 2 billion.

On Wednesday, the Chairman of Bhatbhateni Supermarket, Min Bahadur Gurung, laid the foundation stone of the building amidst a religious ceremony.

A movie hall, food court and playground will be built in the building to be built in Tandi.

According to Bhatbhateni,  a total of 500 people will be employed in the new branch. Bhatbhateni will have two branches in Chitwan. Earlier, Bhatbhateni has already started operation in Bharatpur Bazaar area.

Bhatbhateni to be built in Tandi with an area of ​​two bigha will be 3 lakh 32 thousand square feet and will have 7 floors with basement.

The superstore chain has currently expanded its network to Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Bharatpur, Butwal, Nepalganj, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Birganj, Pokhara and other cities.

Recently, the Chairman of Bhatbhateni Min Gurung laid the foundation of constructing second superstore in Pokhara.
