Kathmandu, Aug 11: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the final squad for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Region qualifiers.
CAN has announced a 14-member team under the captaincy of Rubina Chhetri for the tournament to be held in Malaysia at the end of this month.
The ICC Women’s World T20 Asia Regional Qualifier will be held in Malaysia from August 31 to September 9. Group A of the competition includes Nepal, Bahrain, Bhutan, Qatar and UAE along with host Malaysia, while Group B includes China, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Thailand and Myanmar.
