Kathmandu, May 25: The ruling CPN UML has decided to celebrate the Republic Day as a festival. UML General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel informed that the secretariat meeting held at party's central office in Lalitpur on Sunday decided to celebrate the Republic Day on Jestha 15 (May 29) as a festival.
