Kathmandu, Dec 17: A share underwriting agreement has been signed between the Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) and IME Limited.
The agreement was signed by CIT Executive Director Parbat Kumar Karki and IME CEO Diwakar Paudel at an event held on Tuesday.
Under the agreement, IME Limited will issue shares worth Rs 125,066,700, totaling 1,250,667 shares at a par value of Rs 100 per share.
The CIT has committed to underwriting this issuance. The agreement is valid for a period of six months, according to CIT officials. #nepal #ime #underwriting
