KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours, an additional 430 people have been confirmed to be infected with the coronavirus (Covid-19).
The infection was confirmed in 177 women and 253 men by testing 5,300 samples in laboratories across the country. At the same time, the total number of infected people has reached 265,698.
Of them, 259,358 have been infected and 1932 have died, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Currently, 4,408 people are infected across the country. Of them, 2280 are in home isolation, 157 are undergoing treatment in ICU and 35 in ventilator.
