Biratnagar, July 5: Discussion on all the ministry-wise headings of the ‘Bill designed to make arrangements for the appropriation and expenditure of funds from the Koshi Provincial Consolidated Fund for services and works for the fiscal year 2083/84′ concluded in Sunday’s meeting of the Koshi Provincial Assembly.
During the special session of today’s meeting, Nepali Communist Party Koshi Provincial Assembly Parliamentary Party leader Indra Bahadur Angbo said that there are challenges in implementing the budget made public by the government for the upcoming fiscal year.
He said that the budget was flawed and that bringing a proposal to correct the errors from the House would be the right option as the government faces a big challenge in implementing the budget.
During the zero hour of the meeting, Provincial Assembly members Meena Shrestha, Sabina Bajgain and Sapana Darji expressed their views on the current problems of the province.
Deputy Speaker Srijana Danuwar informed that the next meeting of the Provincial Assembly will be held at 11:00 am on Monday. #nepal #rss
