Kathmandu, July 22 : President Ram Chandra Paudel has designated Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Purna Bahadur Khadka as the acting Prime Minister.
President Paudel, on the recommendation of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, designed DPM Khadka to look after daily administrative affairs of the country as per the Constitution, stated a press release issued by the President’s Office.
PM Dahal had left for Italy today to attend the ‘United Nations Food Systems-2023 Stocktaking Moment’ at the headquarters of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. RSS
