Taplejung, March 21: Snowfall has been recorded in the Pathibhara Temple area of Taplejung District, marking the fifth snowfall of the season.
According to an employee at the Pathibhara Area Development Committee, the snowfall began on Friday evening along with rainfall.
The weather in the Pathibhara region had remained cloudy for the past few days, and with the latest snowfall, the area has now witnessed snow five times this season.
Following the snowfall, the number of visitors has increased significantly, as devotees and tourists flock to the temple for both pilgrimage and to enjoy the snow. People from nearby areas have also been visiting the site to experience snowfall.
Meanwhile, temperatures have dropped across the district due to the snowfall, with locals reporting snow in northern high-altitude areas as well. #nepal #religion #weather
