Kathmandu, June 11: The prices of gold and silver continued to fall in the local Nepali market today. Gold dropped by Rs 5,100 per tola, while silver decreased by Rs 90 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 286,700 per tola today. Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 4,650 per tola. On the previous day, gold was traded at Rs 291,800 per tola, while silver was priced at Rs 4,740 per tola.
Last Tuesday, gold had reached Rs 301,900 per tola and silver Rs 4,925 per tola.
According to international media reports, gold is currently trading at around USD 4,096 per ounce in the international market, while silver is being traded at USD 64.14 per ounce. #nepal #gold
