Kathmandu, March 26: Prices of gold and silver in the Nepali market have recorded a slight decline today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of hallmark gold has dropped by Rs. 2,900 per tola, bringing it down to Rs. 285,600 per tola. Similarly, silver prices have decreased by Rs. 100, with the current rate standing at Rs. 4,820 per tola.
On the previous day, hallmark gold was traded at Rs. 288,500 per tola, while silver was priced at Rs. 4,820 per tola.
In the international market, with volatile US-Israel-Iran war, gold price looks further declining. According to goldprice.com the gold is being traded at USD 142.34 per gram (declining 2.75 percent), while silver is priced at USD 67.91 per ounce.
