Kathmandu, June 21: The Patan High Court has given an interim order to the Kathmandu Metropolitan City not to stop the HISSAN Educational Fair.
Spokesperson and Deputy Registrar Mandira Shahi of the Patan High Court informed that the joint bench of Justices Tek Prasad Dhungana and Ramesh Dhakal issued an order not to stop the educational fair on Wednesday.
The educational fair, which started at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu from last June 15, was closed by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City due to various reasons. Against that, the Higher Institutions and Secondary School Association, Nepal (HISSAN) filed a writ in the Patan High Court.
