Kathmandu, July 1: Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Dol Prasad Aryal has called for a halt in sending people for foreign employment on individual labour permit and visit VISA.
While inaugurating the 30th AGM of Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies here today, Minister Aryal urged all to be alert for stopping irregularities in visit visa and individual work permits in foreign employment.
He noted that the foreign employment recruitment agencies were reportedly found involved in such activities. Aryal further shared that he was working to bring in remittance via legal channel as 201.60 million rupees were found to have been sent via illegal channel from foreign employment.
Similarly, Association chair Rajendra Bhandari stressed that foreign employment service charges should be made scientific and the foreign employment to Israel, Japan and Korea should be made open to private recruitment agencies as well. #nepal
