Lalitpur, March 22: A woman died in a brick kiln collapse occurred at Harisiddhi, Lalitpur on Sunday.
Tilsari Khadka, 55, hailing from Rukum was crushed to death as the wall of a brick kiln collapsed at Harisiddhi of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-28. The incident occurred at Hosana Brick Kiln. She was a labourer at the kiln.
Injured seriously in the incident, Khadka was rushed to Medicity Hospital located at Thaiba. She breathed hear last during treatment, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Purnima Kumari Chand.
Four other labourers were injured in the collapse. They were Janaki Chanda, 27, from Rukum; Shanti Kunwar, 27, from Salyan; Nand Kumari Magar, 46, from Rolpa; and Suma Kumal, 29, from Dang.
Chand, injured seriously in the incident, has been taken to Model Hospital, the police added. #nepal #rss
