Kathmandu, Jan 13: Laxman (Andrew) Poudel has been elected President of the Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) from its 20th Annual General Assembly.
According to ECAN, the vote count concluded on Monday night, confirming Poudel’s election as president. Basudev Dahal, Bikalpa Raj Pokhrel, and Gita Siwakoti were elected vice-presidents, while Bhabanath Humagain was elected General Secretary.
Similarly, Suraj Silwal, Ashik Karki, Sadhana Pudasaini, and Govinda Khanal were elected to other office-bearer positions.

Earlier, Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel inaugurated the 20th Annual General Assembly. On the occasion, he acknowledged ECAN’s significant role in Nepal’s education sector and stated that education entrepreneurs affiliated with the association have been making meaningful contributions to the national economy. #nepal #ECAN
