Kathmandu, Oct 20 : The impact of westerly wind caused generally to mostly cloudy across the country today, leaving the possibility of light rainfall at few places.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, light rain is likely to occur at few places of eastern and central regions and at one or two places of western region tonight.
Division’s meteorologist Ganga Nagarkoti shared that there was less probability of sunshine this day.
If it happens, it will be for a short time and causes a fall in maximum temperature, increasing cold, Nagarkoti added.
As the meteorologist said, with the departure of monsoon from Nepal, the impact of westerly wind has increased and minimum temperature is decreasing.
However, there is no possibility of heavy rainfall at present.
