Kathmandu, Dec 17: Mandakini Hydropower Limited has proposed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80 BS.
The meeting of the board of directors has proposed a 5% dividend from the profit maintained after FY 2079/80. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 58.8 Crores. The company has proposed 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax).
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 20th Poush, 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till the 19th Poush is entitled to a dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
No Dividend To Sadhana Microfinance
Meanwhile, Sadhana Microfinance (SDLBSL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80 BS.
The Board Meeting of SDLBSL has decided that the microfinance will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
