A courtesy meeting was held today between President Bidya Devi Bhandari and President of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Narayanman Bijukche.
President Bhandari reached Bijukche’s residence in Kamalbinayak, Bhaktapur and extended her condolences on the death of Bijukche’s wife Shobha Bijukche, who passed away due to cancer.
On the occasion, Bijukche stressed that the state should produce medicines for its citizens and fertilizers for its farmers. He apprised the President of the situation of education, agriculture, health and preservation of historical heritage in Bhaktapur.
In the meeting, President Bhandari lauded the work done by Bhaktapur in the field of education, health and heritage protection, according to central member of NWPP and member of Bagmati Provincial Assembly, Surendra Raj Gosain, who participated in the meeting.RSS
