Kathmandu, Feb 22: The Millsberry Inter A-Level Basketball Tournament 2026 concluded successfully on Sunday with exciting final matches in both the Girls’ and Boys’ categories.
The tournament brought together leading A-Level institutions, highlighting athletic excellence, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Girls’ Final: Malpi Institute vs. Global College
The Girls’ Final was a closely contested match. Malpi Institute demonstrated strong defensive coordination and composure under pressure, securing the championship title with a final score of 4–2 against Global College.

Boys’ Final: Malpi Institute vs. Millsberry A Levels
In the Boys’ Final, Malpi Institute faced Millsberry A Levels in a high-intensity game marked by strategic play and resilience from both sides. Malpi Institute emerged victorious with a score of 19–13, claiming the championship title.

Prize distribution ceremony
The prize distribution ceremony was graced by Bhim Singh Gurung, President of Nepal Basketball Association (NeBA), as the Chief Guest; Sushil Dahal, Executive Chairman of Millsberry; and Mona Dahal, Executive Director/Principal of Millsberry.
