Kathmandu, Nov 4: The National Life Insurance Company Limited has contributed cash Rs 10 million for the reconstruction of physical structures damaged during the Gen Z Uprising on last September 8-9.
Likewise, NLG Insurance Company Limited has aided Rs 2.5 million for the same.
Chief Executive Officer of the National Life, Suresh Prasad Khatry and Chief Executive Officer of NLG Insurance Sunil Ballav Pant provided cash contributions to the physical infrastructure reconstruction fund instituted by the Government of Nepal.
Separate cheques were handed to Minister for Finance, Rameswor Khanal on behalf of the companies.
The government fund has so far received over Rs 75.1 million with addition of the contributions of both the companies today, informed spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, Tanka Prasad Pandey. #nepal #rss
