Nepal records 3,790 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday

Kathmandu: A total of 3,790 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the past 24 hours in the country. With this, the number of total infected has reached 126, 036 as of today in the country.

According to Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population Dr Jageshwar Gautam, 2,335 recovered from the deadly corona virus in the past 24 hours.

With this, total recovery has reached 94,501 in the country till Monday. Meanwhile, 2,388 new cases of the infection have been witnessed in Kathmandu valley alone in the past 24 hours.

According to Dr Guatam, number of total infected active cases has crossed 40 thousand in the country. The Ministry further shared that 18 infected patients died in the past 24 hours.

With this, total deaths caused by pandemic reached 757 in the country till today.
