Kathmandu, Aug 5: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said that the government remains fully alert and cautious towards ensuring the safety and welfare of entire Nepali nationals living in Lebanon in view of the recent developments there.
Issuing a press release today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Nepali nationals staying there so far are reported to be safe and efforts are being made to help them out.
Nepali nationals and their relatives in Lebanon can contact the Nepali Embassy in Cairo and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if any further assistance is needed immediately.
The Ministry has requested the needy people to contact second secretary of the Embassy of Nepal in Cairo Deepak Ghimire at 201097772348 and Section Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at 977-9849179520.
All Nepali citizens living in Lebanon have been requested to provide the necessary details by filling up the form available at https://eg.nepalembassy.gov.np/registration. of-nepali-nationals-in–lebahon/, the Ministry has said.
