NEPSE index increase by 10 points today



Kathmandu, Nov 23: The NEPSE index, which measures share trading in the stock market, is on the rise today. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the index rose by 9.87 points to 1,860.20. The sensitive index, which measures the share turnover of large companies, rose by 2.76 points and reached 356.98.

Out of the total 13 sub-groups traded, the share price of three sub-groups decreased while the share price of 10 sub-groups increased. A total of 44,20,518 shares were bought and sold today.

In terms of transactions, NABIL Bank was at the top position. The turnover of NABIL was Rs. 13.10 crore. Similarly, Sonapur Minerals Rs 9.58 crore, Sanima Insurance Rs 5.41 crore, Citizen Life Insurance Rs 5.33 crore and Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Rs 5.21 crore.
