Kathmandu, June 19: Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has made it clear that the probe committee formed to investigate the death of Shri Krishna Bishwakarma during police custody in Sindhuli found no evidence of physical and mental torture by the police persons to the late Bishwakarma.
Responding to the queries raised by lawmaker Bhuwan Bahadur Sunar in the meeting of the National Assembly on Friday, Home Minister Gurung informed that the report showed the police did not mete out any physical or mental torture to Bishwakarma when he was in detention. T
he Minister also shared that the Dalit cell was brought into action in Nepal Police.
