Kathmandu, Nov 1: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), the state-owned entity, has announced new prices for petroleum products.
According to the decision made by the NOC board of directors on Friday, the prices of diesel and kerosene have been reduced by Rs 1 per litre, while the price of petrol remains unchanged.
Meanwhile, the price of aviation fuel has been increased by Rs 1 per litre for domestic flights and by USD 7 per kiloliter for international flights from Kathmandu.
According to the corporation, the price adjustment follows the new purchase rates received from the Indian Oil Corporation.
The import prices show an increase of Rs 0.03 per litre in petrol, Rs 0.86 per litre in aviation fuel, and a decrease of Rs 1.19 per litre in diesel.
