KATHMANDU, Dec 25: Another 608 people were confirmed to have corona infection on Friday. In the last 24 hours, only 4,142 RT-PCR tests have been carried out. Among the confirmed cases, 237 women and 371 men.
According to Ministry of Health and Population, the total number of infected people in Nepal has reached 257,200.
In the last 24 hours, 892 people have recovered and been discharged. At the same time, the number of those who have recovered has reached 2,48,292. The number of active cases across the country is 7,092 so far.
According to the ministry, nine more died in 24 hours from corona infection. So far, the death toll from the corona infection has reached 1,816.
