Oli bats for polls in all three levels

PARSA: Former Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has asked that the government to immediately announce the dates for the election in all three levels.

At a programme here today, the UML chief said that an outlet to the country should be given by conducting election for all three layers of the government.

On the occasion, Oli said that country’s development and prosperity was only likely from modernization of agriculture and electricity generation adding that the government’s attention should be oriented to that end.

During the event organised by the CPN (UML), Oli was garlanded with a garland of 151 kilograms.

Oli arrived in Jagarnathpur Rural Municipality to welcome the new entrants into the UML.

Jagarnathpur Rural Municipality Chairman Jalim Miya and many other politicians joined the UML.

Miya was elected the rural municipality chair from the Maoist Centre party in the local level election held some five years ago.
