Kathmandu, Sept 6 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is returning home from Singapore after the treatment today. Press Advisor to the PM, Dr Kundan Aryal, informed that PM Oli was returning home via Thailand on Friday afternoon.
PM Oli had left here for kidney treatment on August 22. He received treatment at the National University Hospital, Singapore.
In course of the treatment, PM Oli had held discussions on government activities with the Cabinet members twice via tele-presence technology.
Nepal Communist Party secretariat member Bamdev Gautam and General Secretary Bishnu Poudel, who had also visited PM Oli in Singapore, are also home together.
PM Oli is currently accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya, and personal secretary Rajesh Bajracharya, among others. His chief political advisor Bishnu Rimal and private doctor Dibya Singh have already returned home.
