Kathmandu, Feb 2: Nepal Trade Union Congress has been aggrieved over the demise of its leader Tej Prasad Rijal.
Rijal passed away due to cardiac arrest on Saturday night, according to Senior Vice Chairman of the Trade Union Congress, Tejendra Jung Karki.
Leader Rijal was the Chairman of Embroidery Handicrafts and Sewing Workers’ Association affiliated to the Trade Union Congress.
Issuing a condolence statement, Trade Union Congress’ General Secretary Ajay Kumar Rai expressed grief over leader Rijal’s demise. Rai said Rijal’s demise caused huge loss to the workers’ movement in Nepal.#nepal #political #rss
