DHANUSHA: A fire broke out at a restaurant in Janakpurdham today morning destroying properties worth Rs 2 million. A short-circuit is suspected for the inferno, said the police.
Furniture and other materials inside the Bansbari Restaurant and Café were burnt down in the inferno, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Pradip Bahadur Chhetri. The fire was doused one hour later with the help of a fire engine and security personnel, he said.
