Kailali, May 3: Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah has said that the province government would prioritize the development of historical, religious and touristic sites in the province.
At an interaction programme organized by the Province Policy and Planning Commission on coordination between the province and local governments here on Sunday, the Chief Minister said that touristic sites would be preserved and promoted, adding that such sites were instrumental in the overall economic and social development of the province.
He added that province government would not implement the project with less than Rs 2.5 million of budget.
Shah also mentioned that province government has taken this measure to promote good governance and curb corruption.
Present on the occasion were province ministers, province assembly members, commission’s vice-chairperson and members, and representatives from the local levels in all nine districts of the province. #nepal #rss
