Nepalgunj, Jan 21: A provincial-level festival is to be organized in Nepalgunj with an objective of protecting and promoting industry, trade, art and culture.
The Festival is going to be organized from January 23-February 4 at the collaboration of Computer Association of Nepal, Banke, where Nepalgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the main organizer and Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry is the organizer.
President of Nepalgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI), Tanka Bahadur Dhami, said preparation was underway to organise the festival at the premises of Road Division Office, Nepalgunj-18.
The main theme of the provincial festival is ‘Industry, Trade, Agriculture, Herbs, Employment, Information Technology and Tourism, Promotion of Commercial Enterprises, Art and Culture’.
The organizer has expected more than 300,000 visitors in the festival. The Nepalgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing the festival since 2056 BS.
The festival will have 350 different stalls, mentioned General-Secretary of the NCCI, Bhim Ranabhat. Domestic products, handicraft goods, agriculture produce, tourism, information technology, automobiles, would be put on display in the festival.
Similarly, CAN Banke would organise ‘CAN InfoTech’ as part of the festival, it was shared.
